Booking & Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $25($24.50 while the Grand Opening discount is running) is required to book an appointment. The deposit must be received by our payment portal within 24 hours from your appointment request. This deposit will go towards your final service total. In the event that there is a policy violation, you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations/Rescheduling/No Shows/Late Arrivals:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $25 fee in addition to forfeiture of your deposit.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit must be received by Lustre & Laurel in order to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling allowances outside of the 24 hour window is permitted at owner’s discretion.
- No shows will incur a fee of 50% of the intended services with a minimum charge of $25 in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit.
- A late arrival of 10 minutes past your appointment time will result in modified/shortened services.
- A late arrival of 20 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a ‘No Show’. Services will not be rendered and policy violation fees will incur.
Services:
- I do not work over other nail technician’s work. There are no guarantee’s that the products I use in my salon will be compatible with the products currently on your nails. An incompatibility in products may cause issues with the application or even nail damage. For this reason, I require a full foreign removal and a fresh set before any fill/rebalances are done. Removal of my own sets are included in your initial services and will never cost extra.
- I do not apply extensions onto toe nails.
Service Adjustments/Fixes: Lustre & Laurel is to be notified of any workmanship issues within 72 hours from the end of service. Fixes DO NOT include: requests for reshape or length changes from personal preferences and breaks or damage after leaving the salon due to negligence or improper aftercare.
Refunds: All services are final and non-refundable.
Health, Safety & Contraindications: Clients must disclose infections, open cuts, contagious conditions, and/or allergies.
Guests & Children: One guest is allowed but should not be distracting from the service.
Payment & Pricing:
- Prices listed on the menu are starting rates.
- Add-on services and maintenance services will increase the final total cost.
- A full payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Personal Belongings & Damage: Lustre & Laurel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Photo & Social Media Consent: Pictures and videos of the work being done on the client may be taken for marketing purposes. Clients may opt out of usage upon request.
Right to Refuse Services: Lustre & Laurel retains the right to refuse services for any reason.
Lustre & Laurel’s policies may alter or change at the owner’s discretion.
